Ticketing information

There are four ways to purchase tickets to matches played at Clarence Park: online via our website, by scanning the QR codes found on posters in and around Clarence Park, by pre-purchasing in person with a credit or debit card before matchday at the stadium, or purchase by credit or debit card at the turnstiles on a matchday.

Buying tickets in advance online

Buying tickets online before a matchday is the best way to ensure your spot at Clarence Park. You benefit from being able to enter via any turnstile, avoid queuing, and take advantage of any applicable online discounts not available to those paying at the turnstiles. Tickets can be purchased online at any time right up until kick-off, so even if you make a last-minute decision to head to the game, you can purchase your tickets en route to guarantee swift entry to the stadium.

Scanning QR codes

You will notice posters starting to appear in and around Clarence Park. These will display information regarding the next first-team fixtures and other fixtures taking place over that month at the ground. These posters contain QR codes, which you can simply scan on your smartphone to be taken to the relevant ticket page online. Here you can purchase your tickets ready for your chosen fixture. Once again, tickets remain on sale via this method right until kick-off, so don’t hesitate to scan and secure yours on your way into the stadium.

Buying tickets in advance in person

You can also purchase tickets by visiting the stadium on Tuesday, or Thursday between 10 am and 1 pm. Please enter the stadium through the park, at the Hatfield Road end, or through the Clarence Road entrance, and proceed to the Boardroom, where you will find our Club Secretary. Purchases here can only be made by card, no cash is accepted at the stadium.

Buying tickets at the turnstiles

Tickets can be purchased from the turnstiles on matchdays. Payments must be made on a card, as no cash is accepted at the stadium. We recommend tickets are pre-purchased as this is the quickest means of getting into the ground.

Further information

We hope this clarifies any questions you may have regarding match ticket purchasing. The benefits of pre-purchasing are evident, and whether you decide to do this online, via our QR codes, or in person on the days leading up to a game, we hope you find the process efficient and easy to understand.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many emails will I receive after booking?

After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not your ticket, it is just a summary of the order you have made and the reference number for the booking. You will also receive a separate e-ticket email with your tickets attached in a PDF file.

My ticket delivery email is often delayed – what can I do to make it come through faster?

Each email provider will have its own rules around the number and type of emails that they will allow to be delivered. Delays can sometimes occur with Microsoft-based accounts – i.e. hotmail.com, outlook.com, and live.co.uk email addresses. Please make sure you have added [email protected] to your Safe Senders List.

Adding our delivery email addresses [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts will help email servers identify that the email is coming from a known source.

What should I do if I haven’t received my e-ticket?

Typically, you should receive your tickets by email within 30 minutes of booking. You can also access your tickets immediately using your online account – simply log in and you can then download your tickets here.

It is not uncommon for emails to get held up in a queue or diverted to a junk/spam folder, so be sure to check those. You may also want to add our email addresses to your Safe Senders List – add both [email protected] and [email protected] to make sure you receive our communications.

If you haven’t received anything the day before the match, please contact us at [email protected] for further investigation.

I can’t open the attachment in the ticket delivery email – what should I do?

The e-ticket email will include a scannable QR code in the content – which you can get scanned at the turnstiles. The email also includes a version of the ticket as a PDF file. If you are unable to access a PDF on your device or computer, download Acrobat Reader and you will be able to open the file. You can do that here https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

Do I have to print my e-ticket?

No, you can show your e-ticket on your phone. The scanner just needs to be able to read the QR code on the ticket.

Do I need to get a ticket for a child under 12?

Yes. Under 12 get free admission but still need a ticket as they count towards the match attendance.

I would like to bring my well-behaved pet dog. Do they need a ticket?

No. We are a dog-friendly stadium but no need to get a ticket for your canine companion!

When do online sales stop?

You can purchase a ticket at any time – just remember to allow 5 minutes before entering the ground to ensure the ticket scanning devices have been able to download your ticket details.

What happens if I have purchased tickets and the match date changes?

The tickets you have will be valid for the rearranged date – you do not need to do anything. The QR code will still be valid, so just bring your ticket with you on the rearranged date.

What happens if I have purchased tickets, the match date changes and I can’t make the new date?

You can request a refund or request to transfer your ticket(s) to another fixture. Please make sure that you submit your request within 14 days of the postponement date.

Please enter any relevant details (such as match to transfer ticket/s to)

Can I get a refund if I buy a ticket but I cannot use it?

Tickets are not refundable if the match takes place at the planned date and time and you are unable to attend. If a match goes ahead but, for any reason, takes place behind closed doors then the club will offer either a live-streaming alternative or a refund.

Can I get a refund if a match is cancelled and is not rearranged?

Yes, email us at [email protected] to arrange a refund.
